Hahaha. Funny! You know. I have this post last year that goes like this, “Minsan masarap din yung mag-isa ka lang, nasa isang tahimik na lugar, walang iniintinding problema, walang mga epal.” (Sometimes it’s good to be alone, you’re in a place that’s so quiet, no worries to think, and no intruder)
And here it goes, I went to Chellecy’s 1st birthday and I asked my dad to accompany me using my electric bike. So in short, I am late. 😁
Expecting some of our former officemate to be there, but sadly, I end up alone. Not literally alone, alone in a way that I don’t know them, the people around me, except for the celebrant and her mom.
It was my very first time to go to somewhere I don’t knew someone, most of the time I am with my friends, mom or sister, so I can consider this as one of my unexpected journey.
So to relate that post of mine a year ago, let me tell you what I did today and enjoyed being alone (for sometime.)
When I arrived there, hmm.. The moment I stepped the ground from my bike, 🚲 went straight to the Max’s Restaurant and asked them where is Chellecy’s Bday celebration. Heading to the second floor of the restaurant, and there met the mom (my officemate from Volenday) and chitchat about our “drawing” officemates. Hahaha. 😁😜
Then, the moment sinked in to me. That, hey! You’re just the only one here, no company to share table, no company to take to photo booth .. And then, decided to tweet. Hahaha. (Then, taught of this came. After I tweet will I have a company?) hahaha.
So I just decided to enjoy the every moment I have no accompany. A new adventure. A new journey.
I went to the photo booth, fall in line and took a photo alone. Well, still it was perfect.
Then asked the birthday girl to have a photo booth with me. Yey! Luckily she goes to me. Then after that, I just stand near the door/hall way of the venue, thinking, hey! Where will I sit? Where table will I go. (Inhale. Exhale)
After that, decided to go to the table with her former colleagues too. Asked them if I can share a table. In short, I have new friends. 😊
Then, I am really so lucky to won 2 loot bags because of that bring me game. I have pasalubong to my niece and nephew.
To sum it all, I enjoyed being alone for some time. I felt that I can survive new journeys with people I hardly knew. New faces and new world. I taught also dropping by in Starbucks to have a short coffee time alone too. But, decided to go home instead.
Well, sometimes it’s really good to be alone. “Me time”
But you know, I never taught any single negativity while I’m alone. ☺️😉😀 #Maturity #Learning
Happy Birthday Chellecy! Thank you for the new experience. 🎉🎈🎊
